Who we are

Platinum Wheels and Tire Solutions Inc., operating as Platinum Wheels, is a wheel, tire and accessories business serving Brampton & GTA. This policy explains what personal information we collect through platinumwheels.ca, why we collect it, and how you can contact us about it. We follow Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What we collect

When you send an inquiry, we collect only what you type into the form:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• Anything you write in the vehicle / message field (optional)
• Whether you ticked the box to receive offers and updates (optional, unticked by default)

We use standard web analytics to understand how many people visit the site. Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify you by name.

Why we collect it

• To respond to your inquiry. We use your contact details to call or email you back about the wheels, tires or accessories you asked about.
• Marketing, only with your consent. We send offers and updates only if you ticked the consent box. You can withdraw consent at any time (see below).

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.

How it is handled

Your inquiry is emailed to our team and a confirmation is emailed to you. We use a third-party email delivery provider to send those messages. That provider processes and stores them on servers in the United States, so your information may be accessible to authorities there under the laws of that country. We do not store inquiries in a database or a customer-management system at this time.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry emails for as long as needed to respond to you and complete any resulting purchase, and then for up to 24 months for our records, after which they are deleted. You can ask us to delete your inquiry sooner at any time.

Your choices

• Access or correction. Email us and we will tell you what we hold about you and correct it if needed.
• Deletion. Email us and we will delete your inquiry.
• Unsubscribe. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, or you can email us and we will remove you within 10 business days.
